In the Mason Bros Building, Wynyard Quarter in Auckland where the adaptive reuse of a character warehouse space by Warren and Mahoney included Woodtex® Panels in the ceiling, for a quiet life. 2016

The building is designed in line with the Wynyard Quarter Sustainability Framework. In 2019, Mason Bros. was awarded both a 6 Green Star rating and a 5 Star NABERSNZ rating, New Zealand’s first to achieve the highest possible rating for environmental impact from the New Zealand Green Building Council.

Babbage Consultants project architect for the ACG state of the art gymnasium complex untilised the Woodtex® Panels for 3 reasons: the panels effectively absorb sound and reduce reverberation, able to withstand the occasional high flying balls and to be virtually maintenance free by leaving them unpainted.
